I am currently trying for a baby and am about 12lbs overweight for a BMI below 25. I am currently trying to be as healthy as possible and if I lose weight on the way - fantastic! I have set my calorie allowance to enable me to lose 1.5lbs a week. Do you have any tips on what I should be eating? I am mainly vegetarian but have been trying to introduce fish and chicken back into my diet (eating fish requires a lot of effort for me!).
