Q.

I do loads of exercise but can't seem to lose weight - why?

I'm a 6ft 1" male and weigh 14st 11lb. I watch what I eat and exercise a
lot. I run about on average 25 miles a week and work out three times a week
in the gym about 40 to 60 mins per time. I can run 7 miles in 45 minutes
and also cycle to work every day which is a 5 mile round trip.

I'm taking in about 2,200 calories a day but according to my size I can have 2,450 a day. I also burn around 900 calories each time I run and about 850 each time I'm in the gym. I know my heart rate monitor is set right BUT I do not lose any weight what so ever - what is going wrong?
