I've reached a plateau - help!

I really have to keep an eye on what I eat, I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables,and lentils. but cant seem to get past the 13 stone marker. I have been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and have been on medication since the start of february 07
I have decided to see if this diet diary helps, but can you give me any added suggestions.I get very frustrated, down, and upset, i try so hard and nothing seems to help. I exercise, and try and stay focused, but its so hard when i try to eat healthy all the time and nothing happens.

Sometimes it can take time to get thyroid medication right, so the first thing I?d suggest is that you make sure with your GP that you are on the right dosage. Then there?s always the possibility to consider that you have just reached a plateau, which - frustratingly - most slimmers do from time to time. If you feel more than full enough on the calories you are having, you could try to shave then down slightly to get things moving again. But it's more important that you feel satiated and lose weight slowly than ravenously hungry and end up going on a big binge! I know it's really hard, but by staying focussed as you are for a little longer, things should start moving again soon. Good luck!
