I am after one of those handheld body fat monitors, as I already have scales. I am far from athletic but would eventually like to be and would like to start increasing muscle mass now to help achieve greater weight loss and improve the chances of avoid sagging skin.
It would be more motivating to know that I might be achieving greater muscle mass due to my increase in exercise than the usual BMI calculations based on age, weight and height.
I'm not wanting to spend an absolute fortune but I have heard that some of the cheaper ones basically do the usual BMI calculations before you even place your hands on them - so a waste of money.
Any tips would be really appreciated - thank you [:)]
