I wonder if you can give me any nutritional advice to help combat cellulite. Can it be beaten or can it only be reduced? I try to drink plenty of water and massage the problem areas when I moisturise each day. It appeared after my pregnancies and when I put on weight. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Cellulite is basically just fat "dimples" which women are more prone to than men because they have thinner epidermis and dermis tissue layers in the thighs and buttocks. It often pops up after pregnancy and if you have it, you can never get rid of it completely. However by eating really well (plenty of fruits and vegetables) and exercising regularly, you may improve the appearance of it. Massage helps too - and may be more important factor than the type of expensive cream you are applying! Losing weight will help too, though don't pin too much hope on it as even thin women have cellulite too.
