Healthy
This is a really healthy oil to be using, along with flax seed, linseed and olive oil. This is loaded with vitamin E as it is cold pressed. Avocado oil is lower in saturated fat than olive oil, it contains no cholestrol and is high in monounsaturated fatty acids (GOOD FATS) which has been proven to lower LDL cholestrol (BAD FATS IN BLOOD). It is green in colour but it is lovely adding to hummus or other dips and dressings.
