I've lost 11st 2.8 lbs 156.8lbs 71.1kg and it has taken 3 and a half years.
Fitness in my old age! I don't want to be an incapacitated pensioner!
MI honestly don't know - it's so long ago now!
My weight just went up and up. I've never seriously dieted, ever. Weight loss groups all seemed too complicated to me, so I never even tried those.
I have noticed huge health improvements - I can walk for ages now. I also find stars really easy, plus my blood pressure medication has even been reduced.
I found the changes incredibly easy. If I want a cake, I have a cake.
For me, it's socialising. There's always something going on and that makes it hard. It's been a 3-year and 6-month journey for me so far. I have no doubt I could have lose the weight quicker - but I wasn't prepared to become a hermit for it. But by taking it slowly I have genuinely learned new eating habits.
I enjoy being able to buy clothes that fit nicely. It is an amazing feeling.
If you step on the scales one week and you've lost nothing - or even put on - don't allow that to derail you. There were many times where I lost nothing one week, then dropped 6lb the following week!
