How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

I have lost 6st 9lbs93lbs42.2kg in around 2 years.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

I have always struggled with my weight and I just decided enough was enough. I wanted to feel confident wearing new clothes, and I wanted to ensure my health was going to get better.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

My best friend’s Mum told me about Nutracheck.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

I've been big for as long as I can remember. I used to get called fat by other children when I was just 4 years old so I have always been bigger than everyone else and my weight has just gone up and up over the years.

Have you experienced any health improvements?

I don't get out of breath doing simple tasks anymore as I have more energy.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

Losing weight isn't easy and battling the feeling of hunger is really tough, but I've been following the plan consistently and it really does get easier.

What was the most difficult thing about your weight-loss journey?

The most difficult thing for me was not seeing changes straight away. At first, I expected to see massive improvements overnight and I wanted the scales to drop down more and more each week but now I know that it’s not possible and it's all about consistency.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I am continuing with my weight loss journey as I would still like to lose some more weight but I look back at photos of myself and think 'How did I let myself get to this point?' I feel more confident when I'm out in public. I am positive that I will be able to get to the final stage of my weight loss journey.

Any notable milestones to report?

I can run 5k without stopping which is something I never thought about doing.

What 3 tips would you give to anyone who has weight to lose?

  1. Just do it - losing weight is one of the hardest things I've ever done but also the best decision.
  2. No one can change you but yourself. You need to be committed to the process.
  3. Focus on the positives rather than the negatives, really push yourself.
