How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

I started in March 2023 and I have lost a total of 7st 7lbs105lbs47.7kg.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

I had booked our first family holiday abroad and I wanted to feel better and buy smaller clothes. Also, I didn't want to use a seat belt extender.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

A friend of mine heard about Nutracheck and we started losing weight together ready for the summer.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

I've always been a big woman and I just got bigger. I have always used Slimming World and Weight Watchers to lose weight. But, after I stopped following the diet, I just couldn't stick to it so piled on the weight and more.

Have you experienced any health improvements?

I actually enjoy going out and going for long walks now. My skin also looks so much better.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

The app is so easy to use - the barcode scanner is amazing, and really quick to use when you're shopping to find out the calories of what you're thinking of buying. The app has a great forum which gives you ideas for new meals and there's a great support system on there to encourage others along the way too.

What was the most difficult thing about your weight-loss journey?

Honestly, nothing - I didn't miss out on any special occasions.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I feel 100% better. Using Nutracheck was the best decision I've ever made. I just wish I found it earlier!

Any notable milestones to report?

I've gone from wearing a size 26 clothes to a size 14 clothes. I don't have to buy my clothes online anymore - I can actually walk into shops and find nice clothes that fit and look good.
